Terms of Use
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to the public websites and publicly available materials operated by Pleezpay (“we” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
These terms do not govern paid platform services, payment processing, a sandbox or production account, advisory work, or a partnership. Those activities require applicable written terms. A signed order form, master services agreement, partner agreement, data-processing addendum, or other negotiated agreement controls over conflicting website language.
2. Informational website
Website descriptions, roadmaps, examples, metrics, and documentation are provided for general evaluation. Capabilities marked “In development,” “Rolling out,” or similar are not generally available commitments. A demo request or partnership inquiry does not create a customer, partner, agency, referral, fiduciary, or exclusivity relationship.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation. You must not:
- interfere with security, availability, or other users;
- probe, scan, bypass, or exploit a vulnerability without written authorization;
- introduce malware, automate abusive requests, scrape in a way that burdens the service, or misrepresent your identity;
- use site content to violate law or third-party rights; or
- imply Pleezpay endorses or partners with you without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The website, product names, text, visual design, software examples, documentation, and other materials are owned by Pleezpay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may make reasonable internal copies for evaluation, but no other license is granted except as expressly stated in separate documentation or an agreement.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to payment providers and other third parties. Their products, availability, security, and terms are their responsibility. A reference is not a guarantee, endorsement, or representation that a commercial partnership exists.
6. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, compliance, investment, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pleezpay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising solely from use of the public website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning only these website terms. We may update these terms; continued use after publication means the updated terms apply prospectively.
